We're looking for a Shop Coordinator who's equal parts people-person and problem-solver - organized, self-driven and someone who thrives on building customer relationships. As part of a small, close-knit team, you'll play a key role in connecting moving parts - people, projects, schedules - in our dynamic working environment.
This is an on-site position that involves connecting with customers face-to-face and handling business calls and emails. Responsibilities also include using QuickBooks to create estimates and invoices, keeping project status up-to-date, and helping document and refine how we do things for both business and production operations. As a collaborative shop, there is also potential to assist with vinyl preparation and sign installations. We value adaptability and being proactive; wearing multiple hats isn't just expected, it's celebrated. This position starts at 25 hours/week, with strong potential to grow into a full-time role, along with broader opportunities to advance within the company.
